City Administrator Joe Mangiamelli and the members of the Bellevue City Council have been working on a method for residents to request information and have concerns addressed in a timely fashion while ensuring that City Council members and City staff members have ample time to review and properly research such requests. Often times these sort of requests can be researched and addressed by the appropriate city staff member without having to wait for the next applicable City Council Meeting.
With that in mind the City of Bellevue now has available a “Topic for Consideration for City Council Agenda” form with the goal of providing residents a way to bring a topic forward to the City and the City Council for review. Once this form is submitted the matter will be reviewed and forwarded to city staff for appropriate action or it will be scheduled for discussion at a future City Council meeting. This form is available for citizens to pickup in the Bellevue City Clerk's Office or on the City's website at www.bellevue.net. A fillable copy of the "Topic for Consideration" form can be accessed by clicking here.
The City of Bellevue hopes that this process will help streamline the process and help citizens get the information or action that they are seeking in an expedited fashion. Please return the completed form via email to joe.mangiamelli@bellevue.net or via U.S. mail to:
