The objective of the Personnel Division is to support the City’s mission, vision and core values by providing high quality and cost effective human resource services.
While providing administration of human resource policies and procedures, additional primary functions include: recruitment, onboarding, labor relations, benefit administration, employee relations, training, position classification management, maintenance of personnel records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
