Bellevue Mayor Rita Sanders, with permission from Governor Pete Ricketts office, has announced that all flags in the City of Bellevue are to be flown at half-staff on Monday, May 8, 2017 in honor of the funeral of Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Deputy Mark Burbridge. Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday in his memory.
