Public Input Meeting to be held on Olde Towne Redevelopment on Thursday June 21st

Your input is welcome as the city with representatives of NAI NP Dodge Commercial Real Estate and DeOld Andersen Architecture, explore opportunities to redevelop Olde Towne Bellevue.  With the city having recently vacated three properties on Mission Avenue, everyone is awaiting the next step – what will be placed on those properties?  You can help determine the redevelopment. A Public Meeting to discuss opportunities for Olde Towne Bellevue Redevelopment will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 6:30pm in the Bellevue City Council Chambers at 1500 Wall Street.

An appropriate redevelopment project will greatly assist in the revitalization of the Olde Towne area in the near and long term.  That redevelopment project will only be successful it if meets the hopes of the area, its business owners and residents as we try to attract new occupiers of the spaces providing worthwhile functions and activities.

Your ideas and wishes are critical in this process and we need those inputs.  Please plan to attend the meeting on the 21st to share those with us for incorporation into a potential plan.

Please see the attached flyer for more information.
