City of Bellevue Issues RFP for Operation and Management of Champions Baseball Village Complex

If you or someone you know has ever wanted to own or operate a baseball complex, here is your opportunity! The City of Bellevue, Nebraska, desires to engage an operations and management provider for baseball/softball fields comprising Champions Baseball Village Complex. This engagement can be delivered by purchase of the complex by the proposer or by execution of an acceptable management agreement providing the services required in accord with a business plan presented to the city.
