On Monday, October 10, 2016, the City of Bellevue will be doing street repair work on Harvell Drive. As with all roadway construction activities, this work may cause an inconvenience to travelers because street closings and lane restrictions will be necessary at times.
According to the City of Bellevue's Public Works Department, the construction will consist of removing medians, repairing curbs, and replacing inlet tops from approximately Birchcrest Drive to Franklin Street. The following is a tentative schedule of the anticipated road closures necessary for construction along Harvell Drive beginning October 10th:

Please plan alternate routes to avoid delays while the work is being performed. The generally recommended detour route suggested by the Public Works Department involves using Galvin Road and Mission Avenue as shown on the included map.
The Public Works Department emphasizes that observing all temporary requests, can minimize this inconvenience to the fullest extent and this temporary inconvenience will be adequately compensated by the lasting improvements made to this area.
