Family Fishing Night in Bellevue to be Held on Wednesday, June 21st

Bring the family to Bellevue’s American Heroes Park and Discover Fly Fishing on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

The City of Bellevue is excited to be chosen as one of the locations for a Community Fishing Night at American Heroes Park. This popular evening of fishing is sponsored by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, who will be on hand to share their knowledge on where to fish, species to seek, rules, equipment and techniques.

This Family Fishing Night  will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and is designed to introduce or reintroduce families and individuals to fishing. Game and Parks staff and certified fishing instructors teach people of all ages the basics of this fun and relaxing activity. Free instruction, loaner equipment and bait will be available. Look for the Family Fishing Trailer at the Park. All fishing regulations apply.
