The City of Bellevue will open three of its municipal pools for the 2022 season on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Cascio Pool, Dowding Pool and Gilbert Pool will all open on May 31st for their regular hours. Unfortunately, Sun Valley Pool will not reopen since the pool has become too dangerous to use and repairing the pool is no longer a feasible option. The City of Bellevue is currently undergoing a comprehensive Park study to design an appropriate plan for the entire Bellevue community. Please plan on attending a Bellevue Parks Master Plan Community Workshop at the Boys and Girls Club at Bryan Middle School at 6pm on June 30th to share your thoughts on how this pool should be replaced.
The pools will remain open through the second week of August with the following weekly schedule:
Monday – Saturday: Noon – 6:45 p.m.
Sundays: Noon – 5:45 p.m.
Daily swim fees for all pools are $3 for youth and $5 for Adults 19 years of age and older. Pool passes may be purchased at the Recreation Department at the Reed Center, 1200 Lord Blvd starting at $40 for a youth pass and $125 for a family pass.
The City's three splash pads at Banner Park (50th & Virginia). Looking Glass Park (Lynnwood and 30th St., right behind Leonard Lawrence Elementary School) and the Everett Park Splash Pad (Adjacent to Betz Road) are now open to the public. All splash pads are free to the public and open daily from 9am to 8pm. Push the marked button to start the water features during operating hours.
