Bellevue Public Works Department Reminds Residents that Yard Waste Containers Can Now be Used for Regular Landfill Trash

The City of Bellevue's Public Works Department and Papillion Sanitation would like to remind Bellevue residents that now that the yard waste pickup season has ended, yard waste will no longer be picked up separately until the season begins again on April 1, 2019. During this time residents may use their brown container, along with their blue one, for regular landfill trash or any remaining yard debris that they may have.

Additionally, the City of Bellevue reminds residents that the City opens its Tree Dump to citizens for free disposal of tree related debris on the last Saturday of every month from 8am to Noon. The Tree Dump is located at the gated entrance just north of 8902 Cedar Island Road, intersecting at Rose Lane. Limbs and branches collected at this site are mulched for reuse at public parks, school and other locations.
