The City of Bellevue's Public Works Department has released the updated construction schedule for the upcoming 36th Street project. This total project includes improvements and lane widening on 36th Street from Bline Avenue on the North to Platteview Road on the South. The first phase of this project will involve 36th Street between Bline Avenue to Sheridan Road.

Public Hearing – August 2016
FHWA approves Errata – November 2016
City Final Design Request for Proposals (RFP)/Selection/Contracting – March 2017
NDOR reviews & Approves 90% Design for Right of Way (ROW) – August 2017
ROW Process – August 2017 thru October 2018
Plans Specs & Estimates (PS&E) turn-in – October 2018
Letting – Jan 2019
Potential Construction Start – Spring 2019
