Bellevue Loop Trail Closure Nears Completion
The Sarpy County Public Works Department in conjunction with Papio-Missouri River Natural Resource District and the City of Bellevue announced the closure of the Bellevue Loop Trail between mile markers 14 and 15.  Anderson Excavating will close a portion of the Bellevue Loop Trail to complete the removal of the 5th Street Bridge which spans over the trail and Papillion Creek. The contractor will remove the bridge and regrade the adjacent levee.  This closure should be completed by Friday, October 9, 2015, weather permitting. We are asking the traveling public to be aware of the closure and to plan activities accordingly.  Any questions should be directed to Sarpy County’s project administrator, Bill Herr, at (402) 537-6906
