Bellevue Chamber of Commerce Announces that Avenue of Flags to Continue Stronger than Ever for the 20th Year

The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce has issued a press release stating that Bellevue's Avenue of Flags will continue for the 20th year! This program was in jeopardy since the city facility that these flags were stored at for the winter was overcome by flood waters this year. However, thanks to some generous contributions from the community and the support of the City of Bellevue the Chamber has issued the following announcement stating that the program will continue:

"Thanks to all the generous donations received by local citizens and businesses the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that our streets will once again be lined with American Flags.

We are happy to announce that due to the overwhelming support, not only will flags be on Franklin Street, Galvin Street and Mission Avenue, Fort Crook Road will also see flags installed this year.

We also want to say thank-you to the City of Bellevue for their support by putting the flags up for all to enjoy.

Flags are being ordered and will be installed as soon as possible after they arrive.

Special thanks go out to all of our donors:
