City of Bellevue to Host Ceremonial Groundbreaking at Site of New Library

Goundbreaking will be held on Thursday, July 6th at 4PM

The City of Bellevue and the Bellevue Public Library Foundation will host a ceremonial groundbreaking event to recognize and celebrate the construction of a new Library in Bellevue. 

This ceremony will be held at the site of the new Library, which will be located at 2206 Longo Drive in Bellevue at 4pm on Thursday, July 6, 2023.

This ceremony will celebrate the remodeling of an existing building at the Bellevue Professional Center into a new library as well as an addition that is being added on to this building to provide more square footage to this facility.

Scheduled speakers include Mayor Rusty Hike, Bellevue Library Foundation President, Michelle Boyce and Bellevue Library Advisory Board President Evonne Edgington.

There will be a brief reception after the groundbreaking to look at the plans for the Library which is already under construction.
