S&P Global Ratings assigned its' AA+' long- term rating to Bellevue, Neb.'s series 2019 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its 'AA+' rating on Bellevue's public safety department tax anticipation refunding bonds. The outlook on both ratings is stable.
