The Permits & Inspections Department is excited to announce that effective at noon on Friday, April 18th 2025, all permit applications previously sent to permit@bellevue.net will need to be submitted using our new on-line portal, the link is below.
We will no longer be accessing the permit@bellevue.net email address for any permit applications. We request that all contractors to please set up your account as soon as possible. We will start accepting permits applicants on the new portal system on Monday, April 21, 2025. Only simple permits (applications with no plans or attachments) will be issued at this point. Any applications with plans or attachments will need to be hand submitted to the Permits & Inspection Office or sent by mail to 1510 Wall St., Bellevue, NE 68005. We will be issuing permits requiring plans soon so you will be able to submit everything electronically at that time.
